The prototype design goals were to create a modular, flexible interface model, one that can better highlights digital capabilities of an improved, simplified yet personalized, integrated experience that also illustrates multiple scenarios to various user groups.
Prototype details: - A highly flexible, modular web interface that adapts to the user whether agent, insured, or potential insured.
- A customizable intranet that recognizes agents and generates and displays an interface based on individual profile information in the database.
